Dall'accurato restauro di un antico mulino del 1400, che apparteneva al Comune di Spoleto, è nato questo piacevole e raffinato piccolo Hotel, poco distante dai maggiori centri culturali umbri (Perugia, Assisi, Spoleto), che offre servizio di pernottamento e prima colazione.
La struttura inoltre, per le sue ampie ed accoglienti volumetrie interne si presta magnificamente come cornice per incontri, convivi e congressi.

In the heart of green Umbria, inthe very place exalted by great poets of past, and still very rich in artistic and cultural point of interest, such as the IV° century Christian Temple nearby, lies the charming Residenza d'epoca Vecchio Molino whose carefully restored water mill dates back to 1400.
This detailed restoration has given rise to a delightfully refined small hotel, capable of offering bed & breakfast service. It is also conveniently close to the most salient cultural centres of Umbria (Perugia, Spoleto, Assisi, Gubbio etc.). The warm and spacious areas within the hotel, are perfect setting for meeting and banquets.
