aldo canzi pittore

Aldo Canzi was born in Foligno, near Assisi where S. Francesco was born. He was still a young boy when he had a successeful and prolific career begining with group shows, commissioned murals and stage decor for italian Theatre. His first one-man show held at "The Festival of Due Mondi", Which was fallowed by a series at one-man show that began in Perugia: the Priori Gallery.His paintings are also kept in the galleryes of the following cities. Boston, Los Angeles, Miami, Mosca, S. Pietroburgo, Copenaghen, New York, Amman, Paris, Milano and in others itolian cities. There are some paintings, which belong to private collections. From 1970 to 1980 he received more than 100 prizes, many recognitions of his artistic capacities.
